Monday 22nd December 10:00-14:00 Ages 5-13 Here’s what’s in store: 🍕Pizza – Delicious, hot pizza for every child to enjoy after all the action! 🎩 Award-Winning Comedy Magic Show – Prepare to be amazed (and laugh out loud!) with an incredible live performance full of festive fun. 🎶 Mini Christmas Disco – Dance, sing, and sparkle under the disco lights to your favourite Christmas tunes! 🏃♂️ High Energy Party Games – From festive challenges to team relays, there’s non-stop action and laughter all day long. 🏆 Prizes & Sweets – Win awesome goodies and treats throughout the party! 🖍️ Activity Sheets for Every Child – Creative fun to wind down after all the excitement.

**AGE RESTRICTION**
As we are OFSTED registered we can only accept children who are currently in Year 1 and older.
**All the information you need is below, we will also send a welcome email on the Sunday before our camps start with details of where to park, what time to drop off etc.

SEN (Special Educational Needs)
Whilst we endeavour to support all children, we are unfortunately not able to support children with severe special educational needs. If your child cannot self-regulate, follow coach instructions at all times or has been known to wander away (elope) we cannot accept them.
If you are at all unsure PLEASE CONTACT US before making your booking to discuss whether we can cater for your child's needs.
DAILY SCHEDULE

SIBLING DISCOUNT
We offer a 10% discount for siblings - this discount will only be applied to each additional sibling and not the first child. The discount will be automated when you book online. Siblings must be booked on the same order to receive the discount.
EARLY DROP-OFFS and LATE PICK-UPS
These can be added at the time of booking and are charged at £5 each.
LATE COLLECTION
We ask that children be collected promptly. Late collection will incur a fine, as detailed below.
More than 10 minutes late for normal collection time: £5
More than 10 minutes late for ‘late stay’ collection: £10
A further £10 charge will be applied if collection is more than 30 minutes after the pre-booked time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds will be issued once enrolled in a course, camp or other activity.
If you/your child wishes to cancel as a result of illness or injury, a letter from a doctor or medical professional will need to be produced within 14 days of cancellation. In this case, we will credit your account with any remaining unused fees, less a £10 admin fee.
Changes to your booking:
You can change your booking provided there is space in the group/session/camp you wish to change to. Each change is subject to a £10 admin fee.

GROUPINGS
Children will be split into groups forming a ‘bubble’. Groups will be predetermined before the start of the day.
If your child wishes to specifically be with a friend/sibling, please advise at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee this, but will endeavour to do our best.
FOOD & DRINK
Children should bring: a large, filled water bottle, a lunchbox containing a snack for the morning and afternoon and a lunch (NO NUTS). Siblings must have separate lunch boxes and water bottles.

ALLERGIES OR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS / MEDICATION
Please let our staff know if your child has any allergies/medication or any other special requirements that we should be made aware of. Any medication should be in a labelled plastic bag. All information given will be treated with the strictest confidence.
CLOTHING
Children should bring all their belongings in one clearly labelled backpack that they are able to carry unaided. Recognised sports clothing and clean non-marking trainers must be worn. Jeans, singlets and beach shorts are not appropriate. Please also pack a sunhat, individual suncream and a waterproof. All items should be labelled.
